1. Scope of services
Integrity Check Services Pvt. Ltd. provides background verification and employment screening services. The specific checks, turnaround times and commercial terms for an engagement are set out in the service order or agreement signed with the client; these terms apply alongside it.
2. Client obligations
- Obtain and retain the candidate’s explicit written consent before requesting any check
- Provide accurate and complete candidate information
- Use reports only for the lawful employment or engagement decision they were obtained for
- Keep reports confidential and dispose of them in line with applicable law
3. Accuracy of verification
Reports reflect the information available from the sources checked at the time of the check. We exercise professional care in obtaining and reporting that information, but we do not warrant the accuracy of records maintained by third parties such as universities, previous employers or government databases.
4. Turnaround times
Published turnaround times are estimates based on typical source responsiveness. Delays caused by an unresponsive source, a public holiday, incomplete candidate information or a legal restriction on disclosure are outside our control.
5. Hiring decisions
We report findings; we do not make hiring decisions and we do not recommend them. The client is solely responsible for any employment decision taken on the basis of a report and for ensuring that decision complies with applicable employment law.
6. Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other’s confidential information secure and will not disclose it except as required to deliver the services or as required by law.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, graphics, logos and layout — belongs to Integrity Check Services Pvt. Ltd. and may not be reproduced or redistributed without written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the services is limited to the fees paid for the specific check giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or business opportunity.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the notice period in the signed agreement. Checks already in progress at the point of termination will be completed and invoiced.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
